How long does career coaching last?
The length of career coaching varies depending on your individual needs and goals. Many of my clients find that 6 weeks is just what they need to move forward with their goals while others find that the ongoing support of a career coach better meets their needs. It is important to remember that career coaching is a journey, not a destination. It takes time and effort to achieve your career goals.
What can I expect from a typical career coaching session?
A typical career coaching session will start with a check-in to see how you are doing and to discuss any progress that you have made since your last session. Your coach will then help you to focus on your current goals and develop a plan to achieve them. This can include exploration into your career goals, building technical skills like interviewing and resume-writing, or even focusing on re-evaluating the work you're already doing

That's perfectly normal! Many people feel lost and directionless in their careers at some point. A career coach can help you to explore your options and to identify your strengths and interests.
